Terms of Service

Provenance Research · Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Stitch API, the model API proxy run by Provenance Research ("Stitch", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the company you name at signup, and you confirm you're authorised to do so.

The service

Stitch forwards your requests to model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Mistral and DeepSeek) and returns their responses. You choose an endpoint for each API key:

What a model provider retains is governed by the provider account the call runs on: yours if you send your own provider key, ours otherwise.

Your account and keys

Credit and payment

Travel points

Calls on Stitch credit earn travel points, which we use to book flights and hotels for you, as set out in the Travel Points terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use Stitch to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to attack or disrupt the service or any provider, to evade a provider's safety systems or rate limits, or to resell access to Stitch without our written agreement. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Stitch available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and the models available depend on our providers. We may change these terms or the service; we'll tell account owners by email of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Stitch after that means you accept them.

Disclaimers and liability

Stitch and model outputs are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Model outputs can be wrong; you're responsible for how you use them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Stitch is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending

You can stop using Stitch at any time; contact us to close your account. We may close accounts that breach these terms. Sections on payment, liability and recorded data survive closure.
